A group of our 5th grade students have been embracing The Leader in Me habits. They created videos to showcase what each habit means to them. Students worked in groups to find books which embodied each of the 7 habits. Once they did this, they created informative short films about each habit. This is the fourth in a series of 7 articles about the habits.

I balance courage for getting what I want with consideration for what others want. I make deposits in others’ Emotional Bank Accounts. When conflicts arise, I look for Third Alternatives.
