Teacher Survey Links
Thank you for attending your child's Parent/Teacher Conference.
**As part of teacher evaluations, we are asking parents to please fill out TWO surveys - the survey for your child's classroom teacher AND one additional teacher (Special Education, Title 1, Counselor, PE, or Music). For example, if your child receives Special Education, Title 1, or Counselor services, please fill out a survey for that teacher in addition to the classroom teacher. If your child does not receive any of those services, please fill out a survey for the PE or music teacher.**
