Food Drive, Mrs. Bingham’s room won a pizza party with over 500 items donated. 2400 total items donated in all.

Leftover ornaments from the trees, how can we give teachers some items? There are funds out there for expos, tissues, and supplies that we have stored on campus. Communication needs to be improved upon so such things won’t have to be purchased out of the teacher’s pockets. Maybe we can purchase the items for the teachers.

Movie Night for February 11th and give parents a date night. We would do crafts, movie, and snack. Maybe Honor Society from High Schools or older students needing to do community service hours could help. Reservation beforehand and contact information required prepaid. Snacks included. Ticket collected with information. We can try Encanto that should be out on February 8th and we will try to have it for the 11th our backup movie will be Luca. Snack not meal included from 6 to 8:30 small Valentine craft and a Valentine card and $5.00 per child.

Boosterthon Sales need to begin 10:55 – 12:10 lunch, or 1:00 to 1:35 Fridays for last recess. Adult volunteers and possible student leaders will be needed. Flyers need to be made for things we are selling. Selling a couple of things at a time for last recess would be best.

Kiwi Loco, pre-orders? No conflict with other fundraisers. We will get back to this next month.

Maybe sell popcorn per grade level and make popping more manageable. World’s Finest Chocolate is a pay upfront. Or maybe making our own candy sales from bulk products?

Check with Mrs. Lavin about Valentine candy-gram for Valentine’s day. Other clubs may be interested in helping, Kindness, Lighthouse, etc.

February 24th is picture day and volunteers are needed. About 2

Book Fair during Parent Teacher Conferences and parent volunteers would be helpful.

Carnival at the end of the year? Reaching out to get some help. Mrs. Shipp will check on exact testing dates to see when we could schedule. Got feedback on whether it should be on a Thursday or Friday, but no decisions as of yet.

SchoolStore handouts to reinvigorate this booster. Weekly incentives will be coming. Maybe give Amazon credits based on who has and who has not received gift cards. We can use Boosterthon Prizes to give out to motivate students and parents to continue utilizing SchoolStore and have names drawn from those who have had activated accounts.

Candies for testing and a cute little saying with it about $250.00 and not waiting till last minute.

Confirmation on Ward Orthodontics obtaining homework folders for us which has been fabulous.

Prices on Agendas and possible other companies who may be able to assist.

Next PTA Meeting is Wednesday, February 9th at 4:00.
