Morning announcements can help send reminders
A drawing or something to stir emotions and excitement for it. Such as Kiwi Loco for a student that has entered code already.
Advertise for parents about the SchoolStore

Poll teachers to see what they would like more, gift card for SchoolStore or another way.
Polar Express Movie Night keep to Thursdays between 9th or 16th? 9th it is. Ask Mr. Johnson to see if he will be available. Honor society needs hours to serve even if we wanted to do one around Valentine’s Day and give parents a night out where we would do a movie and a craft. We could give parents a break, discuss prices for another meeting
Maybe in February we could do a Valentine movie night and craft. Candy Grams are another possibility, and see what is available at cash and carry and see what is available. Mrs. Lavin will get back to us on her class, possibly helping with this.
Mrs. Lavin will be contacted for emailing teachers information. Robo call or text can remind teachers information.
Food Drive coming starting Monday, November 29th when we collect and distribute food. Laura Myers may be our food pantry coordinator. December 17th would be our last day. We will have a party for the class that brings the most. Pizza, ice cream party or something for winning class.
Selling Boosterthon items at lunch time for $0.50 to $2.00. Begin Friday, December 3rd to be the first store event. Parent help will be needed. Should there be one item at a time or even use announcements for advertisements. Chelsea Reichel is in charge of announcements.
Santa? Virtual or what? Still waiting to hear back.
$520.00 from movie night $2,500.00 from Walmart gift Laurie Rice attained.
Take pictures of receipts when buying PTA things to make sure all can be tracked
Feast & follies, talent shows will be discussed next meeting.
102 bags of popcorn ordered between 2 students to help with the fundraiser. Parents want to support. Potluck is in the lounge so we need to pop popcorn with doors open just right so smoke detectors aren’t set off.
Heidi Tubbs came to help us out and shared some successes they’ve had with fundraisers in the past such as Big pickles were $1.00 each and they are quick and easy to sell after school or at lunch even.
Themed baskets to sell for grade level with dollar items that could be raffled off.
